Process to Building Your Custom Home


1. Discovery Consultation

Meet our team and discuss your project. We call this the “Discovery Phase” where we will work with you to understand your dream and how we can help make it within your budget. It is a collaborative process to bring your vision to life.

 

2. Land
Purchase

Choose from one of our available lots or discuss options of building on your own land. We can also help you find the perfect lot. We are licensed Realtors in the State of Texas and are in the business of procuring land.

 

3. Initial
Design

Our partnered (or your preferred) Architect & Engineer will draw preliminary plans based on your particular needs. Once plans are finalized, our team will take care of the permitting process with the relevant Cities or Counties.

 

4. Budget & Selections

With a complete set of plans, we can prepare a line item budget with allowances for interior selections. You will then work with an Interior Designer to pick out your selections and upgrades. Once finalized, we are able to provide you a build price.

 

5. Construction
Phase

Your project is now ready to be built. Our project managers work daily to ensure everything moves smoothly. Throughout the construction phase, you will be kept involved with consistent communication, progress updates, and on-site milestone meetings.

 

6. Completion & Move-In

Your dream has come to reality! At the completion of the project, your new home will have passed through all necessary inspections and building code so that we can handover the keys to your new home. Celebrate and enjoy making new memories!
